Liability Waiver: This ticket is a revocable license. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, the “Holder”), agrees to all of the terms hereof. By using this ticket and entering the Summer of 1776 celebration (the “Event”), the Holder agrees to be bound by all of the terms of this license.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Event, Holder releases from liability and waive Holder’s right to sue Lagoon Funatics, LLC and Dan Crenshaw for Congress, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents (collectively “Hosts”) from any and all claims, including claims of the Hosts’ negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss Holder may suffer or which may result from Holder’s participation in this Event, travel to and from the Event, or any events incidental to this Event.
The Holder agrees not to transmit, distribute, or sell (or aid in transmitting, distributing, or selling), in any media now or hereafter existing, any description, account, picture, video, audio or other form of reproduction of the Event.
Breach of any of the terms of this license, failure to comply with Event rules, or the refunding to the Holder of the printed purchase price of this ticket, shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have hereunder; shall render illegal and unauthorized the Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose; and shall authorize Dan Crenshaw for Congress to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the Event, or eject the Holder from the Event.
The Holder grants permission to Dan Crenshaw for Congress (and their respective designees and agents) to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.
The Holder and the Holder’s belongings may be searched upon entry into the Event, and the Holder consents to such searches and waives any related claims that might arise against Dan Crenshaw for Congress and Blue Lagoon, LLC. If the Holder elects not to consent to these searches, the Holder will be denied entry into the Event. Dan Crenshaw for Congress and Blue Lagoon, LLC reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, obnoxious or unbecoming.
All weapons, including concealed firearms, are prohibited at this event and on the premises of Lago Mar.
